Central Library in lines

A university central library is conventionally a setting established and managed with a view to assist students in their search for various information in addition to the provision of library services that suit their objectives. Such assistance includes lending and deposit services which are carried out by technically and scientifically qualified human staff who are specialized in the field of libraries. The main objectives of such a library include the following: * providing an appropriate indoor atmosphere for students to research and study. * offering students diverse sources of knowledge in various scientific disciplines. * liaising with other institutions for the purpose of exchanging printed and electronic university materials.

هي مكتبة تقوم الجامعات بانشائها وادارتها من اجل مساعدة الطلاب في الحصول على الخدمات المعلوماتية والمكتبية المختلفة
بما يتلائم مع أهدافها فتقدم خدمات الإعارة والايداع من خلال طاقم بشري مؤهل من النواحي التقنية والفنية والعلمية في مجال المكتبات وتهدف الى تحقيق الأمور التالية:
*توفير الجو المناسب للطلبة من اجل البحث والدراسة بداخا .
*تزويد الطلاب بمصادر المعرفة في شتى التخصصات العلمية .
* التواصل مع المؤسسات الأخرى من اجل تبادل المواد الجامعية المطبوعة والالكترونية.
