Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein Intellectual Affairs Department Delegation visits Library of Al-Zahraa University for Women

A delegation from the Information Systems and Knowledge Management Branch/Intellectual Affairs Division of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein visited Central Library of Al-Zahraa University for Women. Among the members of the visiting delegation were Dr. Abbas Al-Qassab, President of the Bahraini Library Association, Dr. Farah, Information Science and Library Specialist from Lebanon, as well as Dr. Mahdi and Mr. Hussein Adnan, Head of the Information Systems and Knowledge Management Division of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein. They were received by Prof. Dr. Zuhair Muhammad Ali Jadou', the University's Scientific Assistant along with Ms. Hanan Farouk Muhammad, Librarian in charge.
The visit aimed to review the activities of the Central Library at the university, discuss scientific issues, and exchange expertise between the University and the delegation members. The delegation commended the hospitality, reception and work of the library, notably service provision to female students of a myriad of diverse books, in addition to several facilities via the mechanism of reference searching and lending.
